A new business centre is under construction right next to the passenger terminal. This building is to be environmentally friendly in its design, and particular attention has been paid to the quality of the materials used, so as to minimise the heat lost in winter and the heat received in summer. Green energy production solutions will also be incorporated into the building (photovoltaic cell, heat and cold production using geothermal energy).
This building has 4 open space plateaux of 1400 m² including the common areas, offers horizontal and vertical circulation, as well as a reception area on the ground floor. Depending on the organisation of the office areas (individual – landscaped) the building will offer almost 4500 m ² of office space. There will be several modular meeting rooms and an auditorium with a capacity of 100 people. This building will be operational in October 2010.
In the North zone, an office building allocated for the support activities and cargo administrative departments is under construction. This building will offer for rent from 2011 office spaces of almost 2000 m².
